Terms and conditions are YOLO.
We give you the TL;DR.
You build. We read the terms. These are 40 things in AI vendors' terms and in the data rules that builders tend to miss. Each one is quoted word for word, with where it comes from and its date.
The fine print: the plain-words line is ours, the quote is theirs. Each quote matches the stored text of the document, checked by script. Lab and vendor pages are quoted briefly, with a link to the source.
- ❯ real
Every clause is copied exactly, never paraphrased in the quote box.
- ❯ dated
Each source shows its edition date and the day we read it. Terms change, so check the date.
- ❯ yours
Each fact comes with something to check in your own product, and a question for your lawyer.
The whole wall,
as a list.
★ marks the best 12, the ones the wall rotates first. Every row has its own link, so you can send one clause to one person.
Fine print about
the fine print.
Where do the quotes come from?
From the official pages: the vendors' terms, policies and help pages, and the official texts of the laws (the EU's Publications Office, the US Code and eCFR, state legislatures, Mexico's Cámara de Diputados). Saetero keeps a dated copy of each one and checks every quote against it by script. A quote that doesn't match isn't published.
Is this legal advice?
No. It's general information to help you get ready, and it points you to the clause so you can read it yourself. Whether a clause applies to you depends on your product, your users and your plan. That's a question for your lawyer, and each fact suggests one to ask.
How current is it?
Each source shows two dates: the document's own date and the day we read it (23 to 28 Oct 2026). Some clauses were checked again on the official page on 28 Oct 2026; the fine print card says which. Vendors change their pages, sometimes without notice. If it matters, open the link and check the date.
Why these companies?
They're the tools builders actually ship with: model APIs, AI editors, app builders and hosting. Being on the wall isn't an accusation. Most of these clauses are ordinary. People just don't read them.
Can I share it?
Yes, please. Every fact has its own link and a copy button that copies the hook, the source line and the link. No account, no form, no tracking.
Which of these
apply to you?
Check where you stand in about 10 minutes: what you might be subject to, and where your blind spots are. It's your first step into compliance.
Keep building...
and remember, talk to your lawyer.
